PLAYER CONTRIBUTION
Each player is asked to raise $300.00 as a financial contribution to the football program. The Booster Club provides various fundraising opportunities and ample support for parents and players working towards their financial goal. Participating in fundraising activities, not only raises funds needed to run the program, it promotes teamwork and helps create friendships between the players as well as the parents and community members. WHO SHOULD FUNDRAISE?
The Cibola High School Football Booster Club is a group of parents, friends, and community members with a common goal of supporting our football program. We do this by fundraising to provide an array of products and services for our players and coaches. Feeding our players before each game, providing bus transportation to and from the games, making sure they have safe quality equipment to practice and play with are just a few of the vital components of our program furnished by the Booster Club.
WHEN SHOULD I FUNDRAISE?
Fundraising for the football program happens from spring to winter but most fundraisers take place during the summer so that once the school year and football season begin, the players and coaches can focus their energy on academics and winning games and the boosters can focus their energy on cheering the team on to victory!
HOW DO I FUNDRAISE?
There are many fundraising opportunities available and many supportive Cibola High School Football Booster Club members ready to help you achieve success in fundraising. Below are some of the ways the Cibola High School Football Booster Club plans to raise money for the program. Some activities are one-time events and some fundraisers take place over a period of time.
> Corporate Sponsorship—giving local businesses an opportunity to build brand awareness and loyalty with their customers.
> 2011 Cibola Football Sponsorship Letter - PDF
> Season Poster Sponsorship—businesses purchase official Platinum, Gold, or General Sponsorship of the 2011 Cibola Football Season Poster which includes pictures of Varsity, JV, and C Teams as well as schedules for each team. The poster is distributed throughout the community.
> Silent Auction—takes place during the CHS Open House, but donations for the Silent Auction take place year-round. All contributions, large and small, are welcome and 100% of the proceeds from the auction benefit our football program.
> Golf Tournament—takes place in July with opportunities for Exclusive Tee Sponsorship, Tee Sponsorship, and Team Sponsorship.
> Octopus Car Wash Card Sales—Pre-sell discounted Octopus Car Wash Cards and 50% of the sales go to the football program.
